Evidation measures health in everyday life and enables anyone to participate in ground-breaking research and health programs. In my role at Evidation Health, I design research studies to achieve a desired outcome based upon the needs and input of stakeholders. Stakeholders in measuring these outcomes include healthcare companies, digital health tool developers, biopharmaceutical companies, non-profit research organizations, research institutions and governmental organizations. As a research scientist, my role is to understand the needs of stakeholders in answering their research question and design the ideal research study to answer their question and achieve the desired research outcomes. After study design, I coordinate implementation, execution of the study, and delivery of results with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, clinical and regulatory teams, data ingestion specialists, and digital operations specialists.
Studies are conducted using our proprietary research study manager for conducting decentralized, digital research. Studies often leverage the participation and engagement of over 4 million individuals through the Evidation platform and mobile application. Built upon a foundation of user privacy and control over permissioned health data, Evidation's platform is trusted by millions of individuals—generating data with unprecedented speed, scale, and rigor. We partner with leading healthcare companies to understand health and disease outside the clinic walls. Guided by our mission to enable and empower everyone to participate in better health outcomes, Evidation is working to bring people individualized, proactive, and accessible healthcare—faster. Through Evidation, members sign up to complete health assessments and surveys, complete health-related interventions, and connect wearable devices to share their wearable data on a per-use permissioned basis.
